Deposit  Policies... 

50% nonrefundable deposit of total bill is required to book your reservation

Balance is due and charged to your credit card 10 days before arrival to  guarantee your site/cabin.

Cancellation Policy...

If cancelled 11 days or more before scheduled arrival, initial deposit is transferable to another date  (up to one year ).  This deposit is non-refundable. 

If cancelled from 3-10 days before scheduled arrival, there will be a loss of 50% of your deposit with the balance transferable to another date (up to one year).
