Enota Meeting Room
$10 per person for all day rentals without lodging or meals
Deposit Policy
$500 deposit required at the time of reservation.
This deposit will be transferred to a damage/security deposit upon arrival.
50% of total due 30 days prior to arrival date. Balance due and payable 10 days prior to arrival.
Balance will be charged to credit card 10 days before arrival date or payment must be received by mail before the 10
day prior due date.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
30-day cancellation policy.
Cancellation up to 11 days before arrival date –payment is transferable for remainder of calendar year.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT TO BE RESCHEDULED ON MAJOR HOLIDAYS!
Cancellation up to 3 days before arrival date- deposit is lost and balance is transferable for remainder of calendar year-

Cancellation of 48 hours or less, no refund given.
Access to all Enota facilities includes: Private Meeting Room, Dining Room, Covered Pavilion, Outdoor Kitchen,
Small TV Room, Hiking Trails, Waterfalls, Streams, Playground Area.
