Enota is always looking for dependable, service-oriented, great people. 

We are currently staffing for the season which means we need housekeeping, carpenters, maintenance, front desk, retreat sales, farm help, and a lead organic gardener.

Depending on your needs, we can provide a combination of housing, meals, and regular employment.

MARKETING
Job Objective: customer retention and increase retreat and retail sales
- web site design and upkeep
- Rezovation software updating
- Google Adword updating
- web site search engine optimization
- in-house promotions to increase point of sale services and items
- external promotions for retreats and guests through mass emailings, brochures, external web links, trade shows and more
- track sales, recommend pricing, track competitors

INFORMATION TECH (in combination with another position)
Job Objective: provide and maintain computerized systems for staff, guests, and retreats
- recommend, install and maintain office systems (computers, phones, faxes, copiers) and productivity software
- maintain T1 network and property wide wireless system
- troubleshoot user problems with software and systems

FRONT DESK
Job Objective: customer retention and increase guest sales
answer telephones and emails
- take reservations though phone and email requests
- make sales through phone and email requests
- counter level customer service – store sales, general questions, customer requests
- stock and order store and office items
- check-in and check-out guests
- coordinate housekeeping, maintenance requests, and internal messages
- must have current computer expertise (not just a passing familiarity) 

RETREAT SALES
Job Objective: retreat retention and increase retreat sales
- respond to retreat inquiries
- develop new retreat business
- coordinate already booked retreats
- develop and promote in-house workshops, retreats, and events
- must have current computer expertise (not just a passing familiarity) 

BOOKKEEPER (part time)
Job Objective: provide timely and accurate financial records
- pay invoices
- payroll
- produce financial statements and analysis

HOUSEKEEPING
Job Objective: customer satisfaction and retention through indoor facilities readiness and cleanliness
- clean cabins, lodge, bathrooms and any other inside facility
- laundry
- dishwashing
- trash removal

GROUNDS
Job Objective: customer satisfaction and retention through outdoor facilities readiness and cleanliness
- grass cutting and landscaping
- wood splitting and bundling
- camping site maintenance

MAINTENANCE
Job Objective: customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring that all mechanical systems are in proper working order (plumbing, electric, refrigeration, repairs)

COOK
Job Objective: customer satisfaction and retention by providing quality meals to guests, staff, and retreats
- prepare meals for anywhere from 5 to 250 participants per meal
- stock and order food and items for kitchen
- maintain appearance of kitchen and dining facility

MANAGER
Job Objective: Ensure that all other position are performing excellently and responsible for meeting sales and expense goals. Also responsible for the human resource function.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Objective: ensure that the manager stays effective by managing and coordinating correspondence, filings, messages, calendar and anything else that make the manager more productive.

LEAD ORGANIC GARDENER
Job Objective:  manage a certified organic farm as a profit center, educational facility, and resource for the entire facility.
